These terms explain how Mirgola uses the details you share through the AI planner and enquiry process.
When you use Mirgola AI, you may share your name, email, phone number, travel dates and preferences, budget and hotel style, fitness level, and route interests. Mirgola stores these details to respond to your enquiry and to continue planning your journey with you.
Mirgola AI offers an early route direction only. It is not a confirmed booking or quote. A Mirgola planner reviews and confirms visa, SDF, permits, guides, road conditions, hotels, weather, domestic flights, and festival dates before any journey is finalised.
Mirgola uses your enquiry details only for travel planning, follow-up, and improving this service. We do not sell your details. We use approximate, IP-based location only when you have clearly allowed it.
You can ask Mirgola to update or remove your enquiry details at any time through the AI planner or by replying to your enquiry. If account access is offered in future, it will be optional and tied to your email, so you can review or continue your journey plan.
