These terms explain how Mirgola may use details submitted through the AI planner and enquiry process.
When you use Mirgola AI, you may provide your name, email, phone number, travel preferences, budget style, hotel preference, fitness level, travel dates, and route interests. Mirgola may store these details to respond to your enquiry and continue planning with you.
Mirgola AI gives early route direction only. A human planner should verify visa, SDF, permits, guide availability, road conditions, hotels, weather, domestic flights, and festival dates before confirmation.
Mirgola should only use IP-based or approximate location information when the visitor has clearly allowed it. Enquiry records should be used for travel planning, follow-up, service improvement, and account continuity where applicable.
If account creation is offered later, it should be optional and tied to the visitor's email so they can continue or review their journey plan.
